The Yankees who are also playing solid baseball although they lost a 1 runs game last night will counter with Javier Vazquez who is 9-7 with a 4.54 ERA this season coming off a 3-2 win in 7 inning pitched against Cleveland on Monday while going 3-0 with a 2.77 ERA in July.

Both AL Teams are red hot as the Rays are 19-6 in July while the Yankees are 19-7. Tampa Bay has lost all four games that Garza has pitched against the Yankees in 2010 although he has an ERA of 2.08. Leftwich played for the Steelers during his career and is familiar with the offense, Dixon played well as a backup against the Ravens in Baltimore when Big Ben went down and batch has served as the Steelers backup his entire career.

Williams didn’t played College Football due to a broken ankle in his senior year but has impressed the Cowboys enough to join their defensive backfield.

The allegations of this investigation have been kept confidential but it is reported to have nothing to do with the investigations at Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia that revolve around the party in Miami this past summer that was held by agents who invited all the top NFL prospects in College Football.

The Clemson Tigers had a successful 2009 season finishing the year by winning the Music City Bowl and winning the ACC Division title with a 9-5 record and they will be in contention again this season.

Clemson will have to overcome losing their all everything star back C.J. Spiller and the 7,588 all-purpose yards he gained that ranks 2nd in the history Division 1 College Football. The Tigers are now looking to Andre Ellington to replace Spiller as he showed he had star potential last season rushing for 491 yards on just 68 carries and Jamie Harper who had 418 with 80 carries will join him in the backfield.
